About This Piece

One customer told us: "I've been on a quest for a black skirt that works, and at last I have found it." Black Japanese cotton with a soft crinkle, gathered into a full midi.

Our skirts are made from 100% Japanese premium cotton, selected by Yvonne for its quality and softness. Cut to a classic midi length with a fully elasticated waistband. Finished with side pockets. An easy, everyday piece designed to work across seasons.

Before You Order

Will it fit me?

Only size S is left: 26" relaxed, stretching to 42", and 34" long. The stretched measurement is the most it stretches, not a comfortable fit.

What is the fabric like?

100% Japanese cotton with a crinkled texture. One customer praised "the cut, weight, hold, length, volume, quality". Another found the waistband a little scratchy when worn for long periods.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, sale periods and other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 2–5 working days within the UK
  • 3–7 working days internationally

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on order value. International orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders

Duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

  • USA: duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.
  • All other countries: duties and taxes are calculated by your country's customs and paid before your parcel is delivered.

Returns

Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

We offer exchanges for UK customers on items of the same price.
