Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, sale periods and other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- 2–5 working days within the UK
- 3–7 working days internationally
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on order value. International orders are shipped with DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply to international orders outside the USA.
Returns
Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, items must be sent back within 14 days.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
We offer exchanges for UK customers on items of the same price.

The Tamilore Dress is made from luxurious mid-weight embroidered lace and sequins — a fabric that holds its shape while catching the light in the softest, most elegant way. Care
Because of its delicate sequins and embroidery, Tamilore should be handled with care.
Handwash gently in cold water. Do not rub or wring. Press water through softly. Lay flat to dry. Steam lightly from inside if needed. Store on a padded hanger or folded carefully

Our sizing is different from high-street stores.Please measure yourself with a tape measure before ordering.Our measurements refer to the garment itself, so for the best fit, ensure your body measurements are less than the dress measurements.
