Hasana Skirt in Dutch Wax Cotton

Hasana brings warmth to a simple outfit. Bold yellow dotted motifs, edged in black, sit on a rich brown ground with fine white brushstroke detail. Add a black vest or a plain knit and the skirt does the rest.

Cut from Dutch wax cotton, it has a full gathered shape that moves as you walk. The elasticated waist and drawstring let you adjust the fit, while the full lining and deep side pockets make it easy to wear all day. Wear it with sandals, flats or boots.

How full is Hasana?

Hasana is gathered at the waist, with generous volume through the hips and hem. It is designed to have a full silhouette. Check the front, side and back photographs to see how much fabric there is before choosing.

How does the waist fit?

The waistband measures approximately 30 inches (76 cm) relaxed and 45 inches (114 cm) fully extended. The drawstring lets you tighten the waist. The extended measurement is the waistband's stretch limit, rather than a recommended body measurement for a comfortable fit. Compare with a skirt you wear comfortably.

Will one size fit me?

Please choose by the garment measurements, rather than your usual dress size. If your waist is smaller than the relaxed measurement, tightening the drawstring will create more gathering. The cotton skirt itself is not stretchy.

How long is the skirt?

Hasana is approximately 35 inches (89 cm) long. Where it falls depends on your height and where you wear the waistband. Measure down from your preferred waist position or compare with a favourite skirt.

Is it lined, and does it have pockets?

Hasana is fully lined and has deep side pockets.
