This dress is designed to be worn oversized, it is meant to be roomy, not fitted. Choose your usual size based on comfort across the shoulders and bust, not on looking for a snug fit, the volume is part of the design.

Can I adjust the fit myself?

Yes, at the waist. The self-fabric belt is what shapes the waist, wear it cinched for definition, or loosened for a relaxed, flowing fit.

I'm petite. Will the length work for me?

This is a full-length maxi with no option to shorten. If you're petite, check the garment length against your own height before ordering.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, sale periods and other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 2–5 working days within the UK
  • 3–7 working days internationally

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on order value. International orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders

Duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

  • All other countries: duties and taxes are calculated by your country's customs and paid before your parcel is delivered.

Returns

Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

We offer exchanges for UK customers on items of the same price.
