Shipping policy
General Information
Every Kemi Telford order is packed by hand with care.
Most pieces are wrapped in recyclable paper and tissue before being securely packed for delivery. Our T-shirts are packaged in plastic to keep them safe and protected in transit.
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail, and international orders are shipped with DHL.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.
Please note that once your parcel has left us, delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please email us at help@kemitelford.com and we will do our best to help.
Orders placed during launches, busy periods or sale periods may take a little longer to leave us.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is refused because of customs charges, any return costs may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
During launches, sales and other busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, sometimes up to 10 additional working days. We are always working as quickly as we can to get your order out to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days within the UK and 3 to 7 working days for international orders.
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the value of the order. International orders are sent with DHL.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please make sure your address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the address, size or colour.
Please also note that customs charges, clearance fees and any delays caused by customs are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Secure Delivery
Please make sure your order is being delivered to a secure address where it can be received safely.
Our shipping partners may provide delivery confirmation, including GPS or photo evidence. Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered, we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or theft that may happen afterwards.
If your parcel goes missing after confirmed delivery, we recommend contacting your building management, neighbours, or local authorities in the first instance.

Shipping starts from £28.00 via DHL Express, depending on destination.
United States
£35.00 via DHL Express. We cover all customs and duties, so there will be no extra charges on delivery.
Australia and Canada

Kenya and Philippines
£40.00 via DHL Express
Selected international destinations, including parts of Asia and the Middle East
