Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, sale periods and other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- 2–5 working days within the UK
- 3–7 working days internationally
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on order value. International orders are shipped with DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply to international orders outside the USA.
Returns
Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, items must be sent back within 14 days.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
We offer exchanges for UK customers on items of the same price.
