Peju Bottle Green Needlecord Shirt Dress

The Peju Bottle Green Shirt Dress is for women who don't dress to disappear. Deep bottle-green cotton needlecord with a soft sheen, covered buttons, softly puffed shoulders and a long tie belt.

The Peju Shirt Dress is cut from a needlecord so fine you'll wear it well past the season you bought it for, light enough for a warm afternoon, substantial enough to layer under a coat when it turns cold.

It has the ease of a shirt dress, but with more presence. The button-down front keeps it classic, while the lightly structured shoulders, full skirt and detachable belt give it shape, polish and attitude.

Wear it as a dress with boots or flats, or open as a lightweight jacket over trousers. It is one of those pieces that does not need much styling. The colour does the work. The shape does the rest.

Each piece may have slight colour variations from the dyeing process, making every dress feel a little different.

What shape is the dress?

It is lightly tailored through the shoulders, with subtle shoulder pads, and has a full, gathered skirt that falls below the knee. It is roomy through the waist and skirt.

How do I put it on?

There's no zip. It buttons all the way down the front.

Does it have pockets?

Yes, there are side pockets.

What length are the sleeves?

The sleeves are long.

Does the fabric stretch?

No. It is 100% cotton needlecord, which has no stretch.

Which size should I choose?

Choose your usual Kemi Telford size. The dress is roomy through the waist and skirt. The chest is the most fitted part, so check your chest measurement: it should be at least an inch smaller than the dress chest in the size guide.

How long is the dress?

It falls below the knee, from 47.75 inches (121 cm) in size S to 50.25 inches (128 cm) in size 3XL. Where it falls depends on your height. Cosima is 5' 9" with a 37" bust and wears size M. Charli is 5' 8" with a 36" chest and wears size M.

How do I style it?

We've styled it with layered gold necklaces, striped tights and open-toe boots.

What colours does it come in?

Hot Pink, Turquoise and Bottle Green.

Care

• Cold gentle machine wash inside out, or hand wash in cold water
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not tumble dry
• Hang or lay flat to dry
• Reshape while damp
• Do not press directly on the front of the fabric
• If ironing is needed, iron inside out on a low heat
• Avoid pressing hard, as this can flatten or crush the cord
• A steamer is best for refreshing the fabric
