Yes, this dress fits true to size overall, so stick to your usual Kemi Telford size. If you're between sizes, choose the size that fits best across the bust and shoulders, then use the drawstring waist to adjust the rest.

Does the fabric stretch?

No. This dress is 100% cotton with no stretch, so there's no extra give if you're between sizes.

Can I adjust the fit myself?

Yes, at the waist. The drawstring can be pulled in for a closer fit or loosened for ease. The pintuck bodice itself is fixed and doesn't adjust.

How do I get it on? Is there a zip?

There's no zip. You put it on over your head, then do up the buttons from the collar down to the waist like a shirt, and adjust the drawstring waist to fit.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, sale periods and other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 2–5 working days within the UK
  • 3–7 working days internationally

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on order value. International orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply to international orders outside the USA.

Returns

Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

We offer exchanges for UK customers on items of the same price.
