Mariam Full Gathered Skirt – Cotton Midi Skirt with Drawstring & Pockets

Absolutely gorgeous swishy skirt. The only negative is that the material attracts dust and dirt like nobody’s business, it’s almost impossible to keep it immaculate and being black, it’s very obvious. Must be something to do with the texture of the cotton. But gorgeous nonetheless and I know I’ll be wearing it in 20 years time.

I've been trying for years to find the perfect long black skirt and at long last, I have. The material is excellent quality, it fits beautifully and is very flattering. The waistband is really comfortable and I love that it can be worn high on the waist or lower down for different looks. The lining and pockets are the icing on the cake. Basically, a beautiful skirt that I'll treasure for years to come.

I love the 8 panel Kemi skirts, easy to wear and look great, and wash well. I have a few patterned and navy but not a black. Then this one came along. It's much more dressy than I thought. and feels fantastic. So whilst not an everyday skirt for me to grab on, it's now my go-to popping out skirt which can be dressed up or down.

Is cut really beautifully, feels floaty and light. Love the shape and the pockets!
