The engraver of this beautiful necklace engraved TEFORD instead of TELFORD at the back of this necklace hence the 5.00 discount. As a sustainable and fair brand, we decided not to penalise the engraver by sending the goods back. We still paid her what was agreed. It was a mistake. This error does not affect its beauty or quality.
