Your order will be sorted out within 2 working days of receiving it.

Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. International orders, we use the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service.

For delivery of your order within the UK, please allow 4 working days.

For America, 10 working days.

For Europe, 9 working days.

For any other country, 12 working days.

Kemi Telford is a UK based business, if you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the UK, please note that this is not included in the cost of the item.
