ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be sorted out within 2 working days of receiving it.

Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. International orders, we use the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service.

For delivery of your order within the UK, please allow 4 working days.

For America, 10 working days.

For Europe, 9 working days.

For any other country, 12 working days.

Kemi Telford is a U.K. based business, if you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included in the cost of the item.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We offer a 28 day returns policy for unworn items returned in good condition. So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, Please email me at help@kemitelford.com telling me clearly which item(s) and size(s) you would like to have as an exchange. If you’d prefer a refund, please state this clearly in your email.

Please include your order number (it is included in both emails sent out to you) requesting a refund or an exchange. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

As Kemi Telford is a small business, it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. For exchanges, please note that you won't have to pay postage again for the new item that I will send out.

As a small business, please be aware that if you wish to exchange a sale item, you’d be charged again for Postage and Packaging.

INCORRECT ITEMS & FAULTY ITEMS

From time to time, I will make mistakes when sending out your order, but I will do my best to sort them out quickly. If I have sent you an incorrect item please email me you’re your order number at help@kemitelford.com

If you have received a faulty item, I am so sorry! I try my best to check every item before sending them out to you. Please contact me before sending it back, including your order number, and I will advise you on what to do: help@kemitelford.com

If you are returning incorrect items or faulty items, I will reimburse you for the postage charge. Please use 2nd class post (not signed for, special delivery or a courier) and always get proof of postage and a receipt.
