Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During launches, sale periods and other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- 2–5 working days within the UK
- 3–7 working days internationally
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on order value. International orders are shipped with DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply to international orders outside the USA.
Returns
Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, items must be sent back within 14 days.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original, saleable condition with tags attached.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
We offer exchanges for UK customers on items of the same price.

Some of our skirts are made in one size because they are designed with a flexible waist and a full, generous shape.
The waist can be worn higher on the waist or lower on the hips, depending on how you like the skirt to sit. This also changes the length and how the volume falls on the body.
Our skirts are not designed to be slim or close-fitting. They are made with movement, fullness and presence. Some come in midi length, some in maxi length, and some are lined depending on the fabric and style.
These skirts work best if you enjoy clothes with shape and you like styling them in your own way. They can be worn with simple tops, shirts, knitwear, sandals, boots or trainers. The fullness is part of the look.
Please remember that one size does not mean the skirt will look the same on every woman. Height, body shape, where you wear the waistband, and how much volume you like will all change how the skirt feels on you.
If you prefer a straighter, slimmer or neater skirt, this may not be the best shape for you.
