Shipping Update for USA Customers

We want to inform you about changes that may affect your order if you're shopping from the United States.

As of Monday, 21 April 2025, the USA government has introduced new import regulations that affect international shipments.

Orders Over $800

Due to these new rules, we are temporarily unable to ship orders over $800 (approximately £600) to our customers in the USA. Orders under $800 are not affected and will continue as usual. If you are a USA-based customer looking to place a larger order, please get in touch with us before checkout—we may be able to assist you with options.

Additional Duties for Goods Made in China

The USA government has also introduced extra import duties and customs checks on products made in China, regardless of the order total.

If your order includes any products manufactured in these regions, you may be charged additional import taxes or duties by USA customs before delivery.

If you're unsure where a specific item is made, please email us before placing your order. We're happy to provide the information you need.

Additional Notes

These rules are part of USA trade enforcement and apply to all international businesses, not just Kemi Telford. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or fees applied by USA authorities once the order has been dispatched. As always, USA customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties charged upon entry to the country.
