At this difficult time, our thoughts are with our customers, suppliers and employees. We hope are you are all well, and continue to be so.
At present our supply chain is intact. We are still taking orders and fulfilling them, and our main logistics partner Royal Mail are still operating. For our customers in the UK, please see the Royal Mail website for specific advice about the safety of receiving parcels at this time.
Unfortunately, there are some countries which now have their postal services listed as 'On suspension'. Sadly, and following Royal Mail advice, we are not able to ship orders to our customers in those countries for the time being. Royal Mail have up-to-date country information here.
Changes to our refund policy
During this time we understand that it may be difficult to get to a post office. If you want to make a return, please still email us within 14 days of receiving your items. If it is difficult for you to make the return right away, we will accept the item up to 14 days after lockdown ends.
We have been talking to our suppliers to find out how we can keep supporting each other. We have refused to cancel any pending orders with our suppliers because this is the time that they need us the most.
Thank you for your continued support. We will get through this.
