At this difficult time, our thoughts are with our customers, suppliers and employees. We hope are you are all well, and continue to be so.

At present our supply chain is intact. We are taking orders and fulfilling them as normal, and our main logistics partner Royal Mail is also operating normally. For our customers in the UK, please see the Royal Mail website for specific advice about the safety of receiving parcels at this time.

Unfortunately, there are some countries which have their postal services listed as 'On suspension'. Sadly, and following Royal Mail advice, we are not able to ship orders to our customers in those countries for the time being. Royal Mail have up-to-date country information here.

Please bear in mind that it may take us longer than usual to process your orders, and it may also take Royal Mail longer than usual to deliver them. You should use the tracking link that Royal Mail sent to you by email or text to check progress. If you notice that your parcel is taking a long time to arrive (maybe following a strange route) this is unfortunately not something we can assist with. In nearly all cases, the parcel will eventually be delivered to you. For your information, Royal Mail don’t consider an item lost until 2 weeks after it is sent.

Our Suppliers

We have been talking to our suppliers to find out how we can keep supporting each other. We have refused to cancel any pending orders with our suppliers because this is the time that they need us the most.
