Limited Edition Bey Free Adire Statement Dress

This is a special, oversized, wide-cut dress, with a dropped shoulder, for those who love style and comfort. This dress is MEGA in size.

This dress is made from resist-dyed 100% Adire cotton. Each piece of material is hand-dyed by women artisans in Abeokuta, Nigeria. They use traditional skills, which in most cases have been passed down to them through many generations of their family. Their craftswomanship means that each piece is unique.

To get the print effect on this fabric, straight stitches were sewn on it before it was dyed. After dyeing, the stitches were removed. You may notice tiny threads poking out of the fabric especially after the first wash. This is not a fault. You can easily trim them off.

As each dress is unique, you might notice slight irregularities or differences in the colour of the garment as a result of our production processes. The colour may change over time.

Think of our earth first, wash only as needed. Gentle hand wash with like colours. Colour may bleed.

Our sizes are different from high-street stores. Please measure yourself with a tape measure before ordering. Our measurements refer to the size of our clothes, so for a good fit, you should check that your measurements are less.
